What we harvest from our garden becomes the heart of our most beloved dishes: zucchini used in our famous Spaghetti alla Nerano, a dish that embodies the essence of local cuisine, tomatoes fresh and juicy, perfect for our Caprese salads, eggplants key ingredients in our authentic eggplant Parmesan, lemons ideal for adding a touch of freshness to our dishes and drinks.
All the fresh vegetables and fruit we bring to the table come from our garden, and the difference is visible, noticeable, and tasted.
